This computer began life as a Chromebook that was flashed with a custom BIOS and loaded with the latest version of Manjaro Linux. The result is a lightweight, super portable machine that makes a great inexpensive travel computer.? All drivers have been loaded and the bugs worked out; the laptops functions as expected (Wi-Fi, Audio, Bluetooth, Webcam, Microphone etc. all tested).? The top row shortcut keys function as normal function keys but could be remapped as you see fit. Since it is now a regular computer, you can load and experiment with your own favorite Linux distro if you choose. This machine would also be great for students, seniors, or anyone wanting to edit documents, browse the web, or enjoy your favorite media. Manjaro ships with Open Office installed, which is fully compatible with Microsoft Office.
The screen is in good condition with no cracks on the glass. The plastic case may show light cosmetic scratches.? The battery holds a charge, and the computer ships with the OEM Lenovo charger.
